Appointments and reservations for the Cosmetic Plastic surgery Institue & Day Spa may be canceled or changed up to four hours in advance or twenty-four hours in advance for one-day packages, after which time, appointments will be billed in full. All day spa packages should be scheduled forty-eight hours in advance.
